Molly Shears

Molly is a Toronto-based director, with a background in narrative and music video that informs her approach to treatment design and image research. Drawing on her experience both behind the camera and as a prof. in film & narrative, she creates treatments that are visually compelling, emotionally resonant, and adapted to each director’s vision. Additionally, Molly’s work as an in-house coordinator and experience in the art department gives her a holistic understanding of a project.
